Vendor agreements

Q. We are considering changing the way we bring in new vendors which would include a vendor agreement. The agreement list pay terms, payment method options (credit card, ACH, check, etc.), where to send invoices and statements, late fees, and would provided a statement for the vendors to sign stating the information they provided is true and accurate. Are there any templates for these types of agreements? Any suggestions on what should or should not be included? One option we're thinking about…
