T&E meal reimbursement for special events

Q. Our current employee reimbursement policy allows $25/person for lunch and $50/person for dinner. We need to create a separate policy for special engagements such as recruitment and hosting a guest. What limits do other businesses set for such event? We are not-for-profit and I would expect the allowances would be more conservative.Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
