Q. I work for a community college in the U.S. One of our academic areas has requested to pay a non-resident alien speaker from Mexico. The speaker will NOT travel to the U.S. The speaker will provide insight via online event and the department wants to compensate the speaker $250. What tax form should the speaker submit?
