Period of validity for W-8 series forms

Q. What constitutes an unexpired 2017 version of the W-8 BEN, W-8BEN-E and the W-8ECI? I want to make sure we are compliant with forms we have on hand and going forward. I have specifically, 2 payments that were made after the April 2022 deadline and the W-8ECI attached to both payments is the Rev 7-2017 version of this form.
