Q. Many years ago, I attended an IOFM conference where someone shared a very efficient process with the group. It was taking recurring invoices that fell within a range and setting up the G/L coding and approval so that the invoice process did not need to include the user each time. For example, paying Fedex every month falls between $ 20 and $ 50. A spreadsheet was created at the beginning of the year approving that A/P can pay that Fedex bill once a month as long as it didn't go over $ 50,…
