Name for final payment to a deceased employee

Q. In what name should we make final payments for a deceased employee? On the W-9 section:1- is in the name of the Estate.2-has no information3-Trust/Estate is checked4-no information5-has the deceased employee’s address
The requestor's name and address field has another person’s name listed, the wife with a different last name. My payroll team is requesting AP to issue the payment in the wife’s name.
It’s a final payroll payment that includes vacation pay.
