Month-end schedule or checklist

Q. I am looking for a good month end schedule/checklist to implement with my team. Currently there is no close schedule/checklist and we are a very large company (10B+ revenue) processing 200,000 invoices annually. I believe we could gain a lot of efficiency with a good close schedule/checklist in place. I understand we would have to tweak it to meet our needs, but something to use as a foundation would be very helpful.
