Missing CP2100A form

Q. I normally receive my CP2100A each year at the end of Sept. or Oct., but I did not receive this year’s. What should I do if I never received one for this year? How would I know if it's lost in the mail ? Or how would I know if all my 1099s submitted to the IRS were all matched IRS records? I don’t want to call the 800 number, as it means I would have to wait forever. Is there a website where I can inquire?
