Managing French language invoices from Canadian vendors

Q. This question is for shared services operations located in the U.S. How do you handle invoices from Canadian vendors that are billed in French? These vendors are French-Canadian suppliers who do not want to bill in English to U.S. entities or to English-speaking Canadian entities.
I will find myself in this situation very soon and I do not have a plan yet. I would appreciate hearing your ideas.
