IRS IRIS system submission errors

Q. We have submitted our files on the new IRS IRIS system. Our test file came back accepted. Our subsequent files came back accepted with errors. When reviewing the submitted files we cannot identify the records with errors. The IRS Portal Guide just says locate errors. We have compared our test file to a sample of the accepted with errors file and cannot find any discrepancies.
