Q. If a borrower's Tax ID Verification is set to Foreign Unverified, but they have a TIN number, should we still include their TIN on the 1099 that's issued to them or should it be left blank? The IRS requires that form W-8BEN be completed by any individual customer who is not a U.S. citizen or resident alien.
