Electronic filing for 1099 extension

Q. One of the operating companies I manage underwent a software integration at the beginning of 2022 and the new ERP system did not go live until April 2022. The information from the integration is not accurate and were hoping to file an extension for this operating company so that we have more time to comb through our data. Is there an electronic way to file for this extension? Or does it have to be in written format? Also, can we get more than a 30 day extension?
