Q. For the IRIS 1099 .csv file, when you are reporting a 1099 for an individual with a DBA, what field should the DBA name go into on the file? A. (Answered by IOFM's third-party tx experts) The DBA name may be entered in Recipient Name Line 2 of the IRIS 1099 csv file; you must enter the legal name of the individual in Recipient Name Line 1.   110422
