Accepting pre-2024 W-9 versions

Q. Is there a fixed cut off date for accepting W-9 versions earlier than 2024? We have a new vendor that is having problems getting his home office to fill out and sign the new version. He does have the 2018 version filled out and signed. Are we still able to accept it? A.
