Q. We have a vendor who prepares and delivers meals to a charter school. They do not set up or serve the food; it is just a delivery. Is it considered catering and reportable? Additionally, we have a vendor from whom we purchased Promethean Smart Boards and Stands; along with this they installed all the equipment and provided training to the staff. Do we also report the cost of the smart board equipment or just the installation and training?
