Q. We have casinos in two states and we have entertainers that perform in both states. On act performed in Indiana the was paid $400 for the performance and they had several performances in Michigan for a total of $1700. Do they get one for both states as their total payments for the year were $2100 or do they only get one for Michigan because it was over $600. A.
