Q. We pay some of our vendors who offer mental health, behavioral health improvements, and other vendors who offer psychological help. If these types of vendors mark their W-9 with C Corp or S Corp, are they still considered medical and should they be 1099-reportable as medical on Form 1099-MISC, Box 06? A. (Answered by IOFM's third-party tax experts) Yes.  The services you listed are categorized as "medical or health care" so payments are reported in box 6 of the Form 1099-MISC.   95932
