Accountable plan requirement for last four digits of credit card

Q. I am trying to find the IRS publication that states that if a payment for a business expense that is being reimbursed was made with a credit card, the last four digits of the credit card are needed. I looked at Publication 463 but there is no specific requirement stated. A. (Answered by IOFM's third-party tax experts) There is not a tax regulation or procedure requiring the last four numbers of a credit card as a requirement in substantiation for "accountable plan" business expense…
